Implementation, Configuration and Delivery

    • Stage I: System Assembly And Testing:
      • Entire system including hardware, software and security keys will be provisioned, ordered and configured at our U.S. offices.
      • Complete configuration and security testing performed on the as-built system.
      • Initial PCI DSS security review performed at our location with all necessary documentation and scans provided to the PCI Auditor.
    • Stage II: System Installation and Turn-Up / Testing:
      • System is packed and shipped to final datacenter destination.
      • Initial Installation and turn-up provided by our qualified datacenter implementation staff in cooperation with the datacenter staff.
      • Full functional testing and diagnostics performed to ensure proper system operation.
    • Stage III: PCI Certification:
      • Final on-site PCI security review including physical security access review and final penetration testing performed in conjunction with PCI auditor at the final installation location

      • Final PCI certification Report of Compliance (ROC) documentation submitted to Visa by the PCI auditor.
      • Final PCI certification documents provided by Visa.
    • State IV: System Training:
      • Complete On-hands training and in-depth system walk-through provided.
      • System Administration and Infrastructure Management Review.
      • Comprehensive security system training including simulated attack/response processes as well as detection drills.
      • Financial and Transactional Reporting process review including the ability to export reports and audit trails to any modern accounting system.
      • Data synchronization, replication and Backup / Disaster recovery process review.
    • Operational Review including:
      • Merchant review / risk assessment and merchant application processing.
      • Customer / Merchant boarding and profile creation.
      • Ongoing Merchant management and reporting
